Pittsburgh Hymn at Honey's was performed in the barrel room of Enlightenment Wines.
Enlightenment Wines focuses on small batch meads made with wild yeast, foraged herbs, and locally sourced fruit since 2009. Their tasting room Honey's also serves as a community space, hosting a wide range of events and Sunday School courses that engage Urban agriculture and living.
On this occasion, I re-staged my work Pittsburgh Hymn. I provided signifies from the original performance and also created a banquet display. The banquet tableau contained an offering of Ukrainian Paska bread and Knot weed Honey provided by my Aunt Ann Quinn, whose quilt work was the backdrop for the previous performance and was also featured within the tableau.
